R&PC “Altech” developed “Technological Instructions”, TI were agreed with CRISM “Prometey”, CRIST and Russian Maritime Register of Shipping
Together with “Rushenk” LLC, R&PC “Altech” developed the following technological instructions for application in shipbuilding based on scientific research works and the experience of using adhesive, sealing and repair epoxy compounds produced by Henkel-Loctite Company:
ТИ АТ-75-2007 - Application of Loctite anaerobic adhesives;
ТИ АТ-76-2007 - Application of Loctite cyanoacrylate adhesives 406, 480;
ТИ АТ-77-2007 - Application of Loctite sealing compounds 5900, 5972;
ТИ АТ-78-2007 - Application of Loctite epoxy compounds
Instructions were agreed with the FSUE Central Research Institute of Structural Materials “PROMETEY”, FSUE Central Research Institute of Shipbuilding Technology (CRIST), FSE Russian Maritime Register of Shipping, and are guiding materials for designers and technologists of scientific research, design, shipbuilding and ship repair enterprises at development of design, process documentation and at work execution.
In the near future instructions will be sent to shipbuilding enterprises.
All necessary engineering specifications (technological instructions, certificates, conclusions, and test reports) may be received from the official “Henkel-Loctite” representative “Rushenk” LLC (Moscow) and R&PC “Altech” (St.-Petersburg) – technological partner of Henkel-Loctite Company in the field of ship building and ship repair.
