Approvals of Russian Maritime Register of Shipping for Henkel-Loctite materials were received
R&PC “Altech” carried out complex tests of “Henkel-Loctite” adhesive, sealing and repair epoxy compounds as applied to ship building and ship repair.
The following products have been tested:
- Loctite anaerobic compounds 243, 2701, 542, 577, 518, 620, 638, 660
- Loctite cyanoacrylate adhesives 406, 480
- Loctite sealants 5900, 5972
- Loctite epoxy compounds 3471, 3474, 3478, 7227, 7228, 7234
In accordance with the developed program, products have been tested for conformity to technical and technological characteristics, according to the results of which Type Approval Certificates of FSE Russian Maritime Register of Shipping were obtained.
Together with specialized enterprises R&PC “Altech” carried out sanitary-chemical and toxicological tests of the said materials. According to results of these tests, sanitary-and-epidemiologic conclusions have been received from the Federal Agency on Supervision in the Field of Consumer Protection and Human Welfare for St. Petersburg on the use of these materials on civil ships according to their intended purpose.
